Our exclusive review of this yoga studio
Attending a yoga class at this studio was nice. It was located close to my home and had plenty of parking. The studio is nice and gives one a sense of peace and calm which are important when practicing yoga. It has been a long time since I had done yoga. I told the instructor this and she was more than willing to give me modifications if I needed them. Since this was my first class at this studio and I am a Denver resident, I was able to take this class for free. I found the class to be a workout yet I was able to modify poses when I needed to. I would love to try another class at this studio with another instructor to see if I am as pleased with my first experience. I would suggest giving out Harmony Yoga a try if you are in the need for a yoga studio.
The only negative thing about any yoga studio is that you have to attend a class and cannot just workout when you don’t have time for a full class. This is one of the reasons I love belonging to a gym not just a studio.
