“Dahn” means “energy” and Dahn Yoga is based on the East Asian understanding of life energy. Dahn Yoga is designed to help the practitioner develop self-awareness and improve the circulation of energy in the body.
Their studio is located on the cusp of Cherry Creek North in “The Plaza” shopping center off University Blvd between 2nd and 3rd, right next to Enstrom’s candy shop. Whether you come to class to get energized before work, to recharge during your lunch hour, or to unwind at the end of the day, their classes will enhance the body and brain connection so you can revitalize your body, mind, and spirit - not just during the one hour class but throughout your daily life. To start, they offer private introductory sessions so you can experience everything one-on-one with an instructor.
