Power Lunch
After lunch, it’s time to take a walk. Your smaller lunch meal (if, in fact, you’re trying to eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day) will allow more time for you to take a walk and burn some of that off. I recommend at least ten, preferably fifteen minutes of walk time after lunch. Get that oxygen flowing, burn some calories, have fun with it, and take that co-worker who wants to lose weight with you. This simple act of a lunchtime walk gets you away from your desk and re-energized for the rest of the day.
