The minute you say “I can’t” or, “That’s not possible,” you’re right. Focus only on the goal. Focus only on getting things done. If you’re stuck on an obstacle, you’re not working on your goal.
Knocking down obstacles is a key ingredient to any fitness program. When you come upon something that’s holding you up, blast through it.
There are experts out there willing to help you get past the obstacles. There is information on the web, from friends, family, and of course, from me. If you’re facing a challenge, determine how to get past it quickly. Don’t wait around for it to fix itself.
