No More Crunches Please!!!!!  Crunches… in my opinion are the worst exercises that you can do for your abs.  Unless you are doing them properly, which very few people do, you are just going to teach your stomach to pooch! Not to mention the strain on your neck etc… Have you ever noticed that when you do crunches your midsection seems to get bigger.... that’s why.... and who wants that!  So first of all we want to correct your breathing.  Make sure that as you inhale your stomach expands and when you exhale your stomach tightens.  Also make sure that you inhale and exhale through your nose.  Here is one of the best exercises for your abs.....  http://www.bodydesigns.biz/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=38&Itemid=7
