Editors at Shape Magazine have suggested using Living Proof’s No Frizz to combat frizzy hair. 
Here is what their article said:
this is a line of fuzz busters developed by a team of scientists from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology- features a new molecule, PolyfluoroEster, that blocks humidity and keeps your do from taking on that Brillo pad look in inclement weather. Use one of two formulas for either a pinstraight or simply wavy finish, and be sure to saturate your damp locks for best results.
