Are you possibly a person who just has no energy? Do you have trouble waking up in the morning? Do you find yourself needing that cup(s) of coffee to get yourself going in the morning? Do you have that mid afternoon, about 3:00, energy low? It could be as simple as getting more oxygen into your system. You may be breathing too shallow or even backwards. When you get more oxygen into your system, your body starts to function more like it was created to function. Therefore your body doesn’t have to work so hard to function normally. The end result is that you have more energy. The moral is: the less you feel like doing the deep breathing, the more you probably need it.
