What better place to keep a motivational tool!  Keep a list of all you’ve done to get and stay in shape on the fridge.  Even if you just have one accomplishment right now (perhaps it’s reading this book!), put it up there for all to see!  Every time you look at the fridge, you’ll be reminded of what you’re working on.  Keep it positive.  Remember the discipline it took to get to your goal and how you want to maintain that goal!
