If you are looking for some ways to slim down, in this month’s issue of Shape Magazine, they suggest Jumping! Yes what we all once did as kids.

April’s issue of Shape suggests this 25 minute workout for jumping. The time below is in minutes.

0-4 march or jog in place
4-6 jump rope
6-8 hopscotch jump
8-9 hold plank pose
9-14 repeat minutes 4-9
14-17 jump rope
19-20 hopscotch jump
20-23 jump rope
23-25 march in place
