According to Fitness Magazine’s April 2009 issue, if you want to work on getting great Abs, you should work on some “heart pumping cardio”. In their most recent issue, http://www.fitnessmagazine.com encourages women to turn up your cardio a notch. They suggest doing cardio three days a week and ”if you usually jog at an easy pace, increase your speed so your effort is at a 7 or 8”
