Compliment vs Complain

How many times do you want to complain to a manager when you get poor service at a restaurant, salon, spa or store? Now compare that to how many times you want to compliment the wonderful service you get at these same places. Which are you more willing to do? Well we at Pamper Yourself Denver want to encourage you to compliment those who provide wonderful service. A Pamper Yourself Denver staffer recently had a wonderful experience at the Bobbi Brown Cosmetics counter and decided to send an email to their corporate office, five days later in the mail came a new tube of Everything Mascara by Bobbi Brown. The simple email took five minutes and the end result was a free mascara.

So the next time you have wonderful service at a spa, salon, store find out who the manager is and give a glowing report about your service. If you do not have time, when you do have time, follow up with a phone call or an email. It will make you feel good and you might get a surprise in the mail a week later.
