Compliment vs Complain
How many times do you want to complain to a manager when you get poor service at a restaurant, salon, spa or store? Now compare that to how many times you want to compliment the wonderful service you get at these same places. Which are you more willing to do? A Pamper Yourself Denver staffer recently had a wonderful experience at the Bobbi Brown Cosmetics counter and decided to send an email to their corporate office, five days later in the mail came a new tube of Everything Mascara by Bobbi Brown. The simple email took five minutes and the end result was a free mascara.
So the next time you have wonderful service at a spa, salon, store find out who the manager is and give a glowing report about your service. If you do not have time, when you do have time, follow up with a phone call or an email. It will make you feel good and you might get a surprise in the mail a week later.
