Week 11
Beauty Blog: Health and Fitness
Wow week 11 already! Hard to believe I have been working out that long. I think things with my workout are pretty good given what has taken place in my life since I started blogging about this. I made some decisions this week in my personal life that were great changes and I think will be a benefit to my health and my fitness goals.
I have been running on days Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday since I started working out. I looked at the yoga schedule for my gym and realized the times I could take a yoga class were the same days I did my weight training. This helped me decide to change the days I do cardio to Monday, Wednesday, Friday and this way I can add a yoga class to my Monday and Wednesday workouts. I can do cardio for 20-30 minutes and then relax some with a yoga class. I think the yoga classes weekly will help with my weight loss and strength. I look forward to at least one yoga class a week.
Today I started the week off with the workout I wrote about last week. I really do enjoy that workout and see myself getting stronger in all areas related to my weight training. Now if I could just drop the rest of this baby weight and the final 5 pounds I would be set. However I know that success isn’t just measured on the scale but is also measured when I put on clothes that didn’t fit two weeks ago and now they do. Not all of them fit the way I would like them to but the fact I can get some jeans on that I couldn’t two weeks ago is a huge success for me. Karson isn’t even four months old.
