Pair Your Shadows!
Beauty Blog: Make-up
Since I have been spending some time educating myself and all of you on MAC Cosmetics and posting updates on their new products, I thought I would also share some great shadows with all of you. With several of my MAC Shadows I pair them with another color or use three different shadows at a time. I use one for the lower lid, one for the upper lid and one for the crease. Here are some color combinations that I use.
- Combo #1
Pink Venus upper lid
Petalscent crease
- Combo #2
Mofit upper lid
Sushi Flower crease
- Combo #3
Paradisco upper lid
Haux crease
All of these colors can be used as duos or alone. You can even mix and match them as you choose. In the past when I select more than one color I try to get several that will work together and I consult with a MAC Pro at a MAC Pro Store.
I like to use brush 213 Fluff Brush: For application of eye shadow to the lid area. This brush has a thick bundle of fibers arranged in a rounded shape. M·A·C professional brushes are hand-sculpted and assembled using the finest quality materials. They feature birch, linden and ramin wood handles, nickel-plated brass ferrules. Brush 222 Tapered Blending Brush: Applying, contouring or highlighting powder-based products such as eye shadow, powder, or Pigment. Soft round “brush” tapers into a tip. Of natural fibres. and 252 Larger Shader Brush: Soft but firm bristles for shading with eye shadow or emollient-based products. This brush has soft, firm fibers arranged in a square shape. M·A·C professional brushes are hand-sculpted and assembled using the finest quality materials. They feature birch, linden and ramin wood handles, nickel-plated brass ferrules.
If you are interested in trying these shadows or brushes, visit your nearest MAC Cosmetics store or visit them online.
Detailed information on the brushes was found at MACCosmetics.com and you can find more detailed information about each shadow there as well.
