In the past I have done several blogs about mascara and many of the blogs have been positive. I have actually found several new brands of mascara that I really like and am glad that I have tried. I have also found a few that I was not impressed with. I have to add to the latter list. I also wanted to try a less expensive mascara and see if it could do the job, it didn’t.
N.Y.C. Lengthening Mascara
sells for $1.99 at most drugstores and that is a steal given how much other mascaras cost. But the price may also be an indication that the product isn’t that great. In this case that product isn’t that great. I had to put about 10 coats of mascara on my lashes to even get the effect most mascaras give with one coat. That was a huge downfall and a negative for this product. However I decided to continue to wear the product and not remove it because I was less than impressed in the beginning. I also found that I did not like how my lashes looked after application. I do not believe they were lengthened at all but rather color was all that was added. Half way through the day I noticed that the mascara also smudged and it appeared as if I had two slightly black eyes. Not impressive and not something I want to deal with half way through my day. So overall this mascara gets and F in my book and isn’t even worthy of keeping. It has sense hit the trash. Do not purchase this product, save your money for a better product that will do the job you are looking for.
