The plaza will be transformed into an enchanting celebration of springtime and mothers with an array of fresh flowers available for a “Build Your Own Bouquet” activity—a Ritz-Carlton, Denver favorite. And to capture the day’s most special moments with Mom, receive a family snapshot to take home from an on-site photographer, Marianne Martin of Boulder, Colorado www.reallifeportraits.com. Executive Chef Justin Fields will create an opulent buffet brunch featuring traditional menu items like carving stations in addition to hand-rolled sushi and raw bar selections. Menu highlights include Crab Cake Benedict, a Bruschetta station and a Cheese and Charcuterie Station. To satisfy the sweet tooth, attendees can select from a seasonal-inspired dessert presentation with all confections hand-crafted by Pastry Chef Leslie Ann Viets. Children will savor their very own menu offerings like mini pizzas, chicken fingers and spaghetti and meatballs. What’s more, Mom will enjoy a special gift upon departure!
