I’ve heard some of those gels are just about as close to a facelift as you can get! My skin has been looking pretty glum lately (maybe it’s this awful weather!), so I’ll have to give this a shot. Usually, my skin overreacts to moisturizers, so I’ll have to ease into any new application.

I do yoga three times a week and can tell you first hand that even with all of the stretching associated with the exercise moves, by applying moisturizer to my legs after my post workout shower my skin still looks great and is soft. Which my boyfriend will happily confirm
