EyeShadow - Dual Jobs
Beauty Blog: Make-up
Do you have a wide selection of eye shadows but a small selection of eye liners? Might I suggest that your eye shadow take on a dual role? I would rather spend my money on numerous eye shadows and very few eye liners or gel eyeliners. Yes I do have a basic black and a brown in my collection but no need feel the need to add various colors when I have eye shadows that can do the trick.
Before I found Cake Eyeliner Sealant, a wonderful product, I never used my eye shadows as eyeliner. I never found a way to get the eye shadows to be wet enough to get on the brush and then to stay on my eye lids long enough to make it worth my time. I was introduced to Cake Eyeliner Sealant a year or two ago at a salon in Denver. I thought the product was worth a try and since it was a measly $7.95, it was worth it. It was a great investment and will last a long time. I have used less than 1/4 of the product since it was purchased.
Use Cake Eyeliner Sealant with your favorite eye liner brush. I happen to love my MAC 266 Small Angle Brush. This is the perfect brush to get the straight, small lines I like to have on my eye lids. Dab a small amount of Cake Eyeliner Sealant, it goes a long way, onto the top of your hand, dab your eyeliner brush onto the sealant and then dab the brush near the end of your eyeshadow. Do not press too hard because you do not want to damage your eye shadow. Once you have done these steps, apply your eyeliner and poof you are done!
You can create as many new looks as you want with the use of your eye shadow as your eyeliner. The Cake Eyeliner Sealant will keep your eyeliner in place from morning til night. It comes off with warm soap and water. If you have sensitive skin or eyes, do not be deterred because this product does not have any harsh smells and does not burn or sting when applied.
If you are interested in purchasing your own Cake Eyeliner Sealant, you and find it here currently for $4.45.
