Badger Sunscreen
Beauty Blog: Skin care
With the weather turning nicer and getting hotter, I was in the need for a sunscreen for myself and my children that would not dry out our skin. My son has very sensitive skin and many of the spray on sunscreens were leaving his skin so dry that it looked painful. I also wanted something that was safe for their skin. Many sunscreens out there have ingredients that I would not know even how to say. I recently came across a product that I have been using on myself and my kids that I really like.
Badger Sunscreen has an SPF of 30 and has broad spectrum UVA and UBV Protection. It is also natural and water resistant. Now that does not mean water proof, so I will be reapplying after swimming. A small bottle - 2.9F FL ounces, seems like it will last awhile. I did find out that a little goes a long way. The sunscreen is white and smells pretty good. However if you get too much on your hands, it will take awhile and a lot of skin to use it. So I suggest starting with a little and adding more as you need it. Since my kiddos are young, I do not need a lot to cover their skin. I do wish this was a spray on because that would be easier for me, however, I can deal with the lotion for great protection for my kids and safe sunscreen as well.
Here is some more information on Badger Sunscreen from their website.
