10k Prep Week 2

I am now in week two of training for a 10k in June. It has been awhile since I have logged this many miles running. I turned to spinning this January and have been doing more of that on my cardio days. However I did log my three days of running and completed my 7.5 miles for last weeks training. I ran at Wash Park one of my running days and then found routes around my house to run. Overall it was pretty easy to get back into the running.

I am now in week two and have only had to do 1 run, yesterday, 2.5 miles. It wasn’t bad. I ran mid morning around my neighborhood. The weather was really nice - not too hot and not cold. I have two more runs this week - 2 miles and 3.5 miles. It has been a long time since I ran 3.5 miles at a time. I will do the best I can and just go with it.
